Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Refunds

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, you may request a return after delivery if it meets our return eligibility requirements.
